[Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.]
This house was built in 1794-6. It had a two storey linking building to the adjacent Assembly Rooms (PRN 38760). It has symmetrical street fronts on the north and east. The interior includes an original staircase, fire surrounds, cupboards and recesses. In the cellar is reset early 18th century panelling. {1}
