This pair of detached cottages form the south entrance to Lumby's Terrace (see PRN 37205). They are three storeys high and built of coursed rubble with hipped slate roofs. No. 14 has a datestone reading 'M.L.1827' and no. 15 is dated 'M.L.1826'.
