Vine House was built in 1764 and was probably designed by the local Architect John Langwith, who designed the Vicarage. It is of three storeys, brick and has a pantile roof. Vine House was reputedly built in 1764, not long after Vine Street had changed from its original use as a footpath to the Church. The hosue is currently [1987] being used as a Doctor's surgery. {2}
