Description
VINE STREET 1. 1146 (North Side) No. 5 (Vine House) SK 9136 SW 7/111 8.5.50 II* GV 2. 1764, probably by the local Architect John Langwith, who designed the Vicarage. 3-storey; brick, pantile roof; projecting bands between storeys and below parapet; central wood porch with Doric columns and entablature, 6-panelled door with ornamental wood fanlight; Venetian window either side of doorway; 5 windows, 1st floor square heads, stone keystones glazing bars; central square-headed window 2nd floor with 3 lights, semi-circular window on either side. Passage way on left side with round-headed entrance and 1 narrow recess on each floor above. Photograph in N.M.R. Nos. 5 to 9 (consec) form a group Listing NGR: SK9136836050
