Full Description

Grade II listed farmhouse, dating from the late 17th century and altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings and quoins and has a pantile roof with a single raised stone coped gable and two gable and single ridge stacks. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1} Greystones Lodge, Swayfield. Partially extant 17th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
