Full Description

Grade II listed pump, dating from 1844. The pump has a square wooden casing with a pyramidal top and facetted angles. It has a cast moulded lead spigot and a shouldered plaque dated 1844 inscribed "Mackland Plumber". To the side is a shaped handle with ball end and in front is an apsidal sandstone trough.
