Full Description

Grade II listed house, dating from about 1800. It is coursed limestone rubble with limestone ashlar dressings and has a hipped slate roof with a single tall stock brick ridge and lateral stacks to the rear. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1} Morton House Farm, Morton & Hanthorpe. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Parallel. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {2}
