Full Description

Grade II listed house, dating from the late 18th century and altered in about 1860. It is coursed limestone rubble with limestone ashlar and some render and has pantile roofs with decorative ridge tiles and stone coped gables and single gable and single ridge stacks. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1} Grange House, Morton & Hanthorpe. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Loose courtyard with two sides of the courtyard formed by working agricultural buildings. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
