Description
MORTON THE GROVE TF 02 SE (west side) 8/145 Grove House G.V. II House. Late C18, c.1860. Coursed limestone rubble, limestone ashlar, some render. Pantile roofs with decorative ridge tiles and stone coped gables, single gable and single ridge stacks. T- plan. 2 storey, 4 bay front, the third bay from left with coped gable. Doorway to left with ashlar doorcase, bracketed hood and plank door. 3 light mullion window to left with casements. Canted bay window to right with central 3 light mullion window flanked by single lights, all with casements. 2 light mullion window with casements, beyond. 2 two light mullion windows with casements above to right. Single light, stone dressed window to left, with a 2 light mullion window with casement, beyond. Listing NGR: TF0848323944
