Full Description

Grade II listed fountain and basin, dating from about 1845. The fountain is in the form of a dolphin head above a moulded semi-circular arch. The ramped side walls terminate in flowery scrolls and at the centre is a square basin with swept sides. Before the fountain is a semi-circular basin with moulded rim. They formerly stood beside the south-west corner of the now demolished Uffington House. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1}
