PRN 37676 This two storey ashlar stone house dates to around 1750 and is similar to no. 24 (PRN 38379). For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1} This house was built before 1753 by Edward Seabrook, a wool stapler, on land where a tenement had previously stood. The interior is entirely mid 18th century. Behind the rear wing is a small late 18th century bath wing with vaulted ceilings. {2}
