Description
1. 1671 ST MARY'S STREET (North Side) No 23 TF 0307 1/272 22.5.54. II* GV 2. Circa 1750, 2 storeys and attics in ashlar. Roof of old slates with 3 dormers, 2 gabled and centre cambered. Fine eaves cornice with dentils and egg and dart ornament, Stone stack, 1st floor windows have moulded stone shouldered arciiitraves with triple keystones, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor has 2 windows each side of centre doorway joined by moulded plinth and cill. Central fielded C19 door in C18 doorcase with Roman Ionic pilasters, plain frieze and pediment.
