Full Description

Grade II listed farmhouse, dating from the late 18th century. It is coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings and quoins and has a Bradstone slate roof with two ashlar moulded gable stacks. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1} Unnamed farmstead, Swayfield. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with L-plan range plus detached buildings to the third side of the yard. The farmhouse is detached with the long axis facing on to the yard. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {2}
