For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1} A terrace of Regency, three storey houses with a stone faced basement and a continuous balcony with a metal canopy, decribed as 'one of the most elegant buildings in Grantham'.
