This range of cottages has a mid 18th century front elevation and is built of coursed rubble with a slate roof. There is a dilapidated Royal Exchange insurance plaque dated 1ist April 1784 on one wall. This building was built in the mid 18th century, probably as a pair of cottages. The east house is now two houses. {2}
