PRN 37178 [Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.] This three storey house dates to the second quarter of the 19th century. It has street front of 'restrained design'. The interior includes original fireplaces. {1} This ashlar stone house dates to the late 18th century [this date is probably incorrect - see above].
