Full Description

A farmhouse dating from the 18th century which was constructed of red brick and has a slate roof. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1} A photographic recording of Church Farm, Winthorpe was made for a Statement of Significance report by Pre-Construct Archaeology in May 2012. The farmhouse was built in 1755. {2} Church Farm, Skegness. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of F plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {3}
