Full Description

PRN 65268 Several pits were uncovered during trial trenching. The pits are undated however one contained a single sherd of Bronze Age pottery. Environmental samples were taken from the pits and the results suggested that the pits were contemporary with each other and the presence of spelt wheat suggests a prehistoric date. A single isolated post hole, also undated, was also seen. {1}{2}
