Late 19th century gentleman's house, built of red brick with half timbering and very elaborate detailing. The roof is rosemary tiled, also with numerous decorative features, and there is an arcaded veranda and some stone mullioned windows. The building is now a residential home. This building is classed as an important building within the Heighington conservation area. {1}
