PRN 46749 Small country house built in about 1700, altered c.1770, extended c.1830, altered in the late 19th century. Constructed in buff orange brick with red brick dressings. The building has an early 19th century hipped slate roof with deeply overhanging eaves and moulded baluster brackets. Two storeys high and a five bay front with plinth and first floor band. Extensively remodelled in the early 19th century, with two late 18th century canted bays on the south front and a stone porch to the east. A Nattes drawing shows that in the late 18th century there was a third storey. {2} The hall is recorded on the first and second edition Ordnance Survey maps. {3}{4} Boothby Hall, Welton Le Marsh. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Loose courtyard with three sides of the courtyard formed by working agricultural buildings. The farmhouse is detached with the long axis facing on to the yard. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within a Church and/or Manor farm group. {5}
