PRN 34482
A large scatter of shelly briquetage, indiciative of an Iron Age saltworking site, with small amounts of pottery, animal bone and burnt stone was seen during fieldwork in the area of a dark soilmark on a silt roddon. The soilmark remained visible as a wet patch even when surrounding silt was dried in the wind. {1}
