PRN 64281
When a lock was built in 1792-4 (see PRN 64240), it had to bypass a mill and the mill race still survives on the far side of the lock. It is likely that this could be the site of one of the watermills belonging to Haverholme priory (PRN 60740) which are mentioned in documentary records. {1}
