Full Description

63611 The Wesleyan Reform Chapel was built in 1852 of gault brick with a hipped pantile roof. It has a three bay front with an entrance with a pair of curved doors with a reeded surround, and external shutters to the side windows. The original glazing bar sashes have been replaced in plastic. The pair of doors on the north elevation have also been replaced in plastic though the reeded wooden surround survives with plain angle blocks and narrow leaded hood. There is a dentil eaves course and an ashlar tablet 'Wesleyan Reform Chapel 1852' on the front elevation. The shutters are no longer extant. The south elevation is rendered and there is an annexe to the rear.{4}{5}
