PRN 70393
A programme of trial excavation was undertaken in advance of a development to provide student accomodation on land at Ruston Way, Lincoln. Two trenches and ten test pits were investigated. Only one trench and one test-pit revealed features of archaeological significance. The trench contained a curviliear gully and a pit/ditch, while the test-pit contained a post-hole. No firm evidence to date these features was recovered. {1} {2}
