Full Description

PRN 36543 A systematic fieldwalking survey was undertaken on a parcel of land to the west of Holywell Hall gardens. The fieldwalking was undertaken following the discovery of Romano-British pottery and iron tap slag at Holywell in March 2001. As a result of the fieldwalking, a number of early Neolithic to late Bronze Age flint implements were retrieved, including a flint sickle, a core and a number of flakes. {1}
