63316 The Old Hall is a small country house, built in the seventeenth century. The listing description suggests that the north front was early seventeenth century, while Pevsner suggests that it dates to about c.1690, as describes it as 'visually one of the most enchanting houses in the county'. It is constructed of dressed and coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings and a hipped pantile roof. Partially extant 17th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of L plan. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings.
