Chuch View is an eighteenth and nineteenth century farmhouse of coursed rubble, ashlar quoins and a pantile ridge roof. It has white brick gate piers at the front with iron railings and gates. Church View Farmhouse, Boothby Graffoe. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Dispersed with multiple regular yards. The farmhouse is detached with the long axis facing on to the yard. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {3}
