PRN 34606
At TF1392 2881 small Romano-British site of uncertain type appearing as a small cropmark on a flank of curving roddon was located as part of the Fenland Survey. Sparse fired clay and 25 sherds of Roman and Iron Age pottery were recovered. {1}
Just slightly north of the above site at TF1402 2864 Romano-British saltworking evidence was recorded by the Fenland Survey. Abundant briquetage, some bone and a flaggon handle were recovered. {1}
