Full Description

Former site of a probable Second World War anti-aircraft battery, to the south-east of Top Covert Farm, Brant Broughton. Comprises circular earthworks marking the sites of a probable former searchlight emplacement (at SK 8893 5590) and a probable former gun emplacement (at SK 8883 5587), along with nearby probable foundations for associated hut structures. Identified on aerial photography examined as part of the National Mapping Programme. {1}{2}
