Full Description

PRN 45498 A programme of non-intrusive archaeological fieldwork, involving systematic field walking and rapid magnetic susceptibility survey, was carried out on the site of a proposed flood relief zone in the vicinity of the River Warring to the north of Horncastle. A localised concentration of post-medieval pottery was found on land north of Low Toynton Road, Low Toynton (Field 5). 1} {2}
