Full Description
The medieval settlement of Tetford. Earthwork remains of the settlement have been recorded in and around the present village. The earthworks include crofts, enclosures and ridge and furrow, as well as two moated sites (see PRN's 42622 and 45142). {1}{2}
Scatters of medieval and post-medieval pottery have been found in Tetford (PRN 45133a - TF 334748, and PRN 45133b - TF 333747). {3}
