Full Description
A sherd of redeposited Roman pottery was recovered in April 2002, during the archaeological monitoring of new development on land adjacent to Hillcrest, Main Road, Toynton All Saints. The sherd was thought to be a fragment of 2nd or 3rd century Romano-British greyware. {1}{2}
