Full Description
Archaeological evaluation conducted between the 12th and 14th March 2003, found evidence for a sequence of natural alluvial deposits, sloping to the south, possibly towards a defunct and fossilised watercourse. A palaeochannel, possibly a tributary of the main watercourse, was recorded at the eastside of the site. {1} {2}
