Full Description
PRN 36446
During a fieldwalking survey in 2003, a concentrated scatter of Roman pottery and roof tile was recovered from a densely compacted area in the north-east corner of the field, corresponding to known cropmarks indicating a small square enclosure or building. The pottery dated from the second to third century and comprised finewares, samian, kitchen and storage wares.{1}{2}
