At Birch Holt Farm there is a farmhouse which was built in the early eighteenth century of brick, render and a pantile roof. There is also a pigeoncote and outbuilding associated with the farmhouse. Birchdale Farm (Birkholt Farm), Norton Disney. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
