36041 Nos 1 and 3 Stamford Road originally comprised a house and a service block, which are now two properties. They were built in the late seventeenth century, and refronted in 1742, 1800 and altered in the twentieth century. They are constructed of ashlar, coursed and banded limestone rubble and a Collyweston slate roof. The interior includes late 17th and 18th century fireplaces, 18th century wood panelling, a full height staircase and late 17th century roof beams.
