Full Description

36039 The former police station on Market Place is now a house. It was built in 1880 in the seventeenth century style. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and a Collyweston slate roof. It is L-shaped in plan, with two storeys and a four bay front. There is a stone plaque in a gable reading 'AD 1880', and another above the doorway reading 'Kesteven Police'.
