35786 Banthorpe Lodge is a seventeenth century farmhouse, which was raised and altered in the late eighteenth century, and altered again the nineteenth century. It is constructed of limestone rubble and has a Collyweston slate roof. It has an L-shaped plan and two storeys. Extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of U plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
