A brick kiln is indicated on the 1824 1 inch OS map adjacent to the Kyme Eau, north of Home Farm. There are ponds located on the site, which are probably the remains of extraction pits. The brick kiln is not indicated on the 1905 OS County Series map. {1}{2}
