62304 Thorpe Tilney house was built in about 1740 with early nineteenth century additions. A music pavilion was added to the south-west of house in 1975-80, which was built with eighteenth century bricks from the garden walls at Leadenham Hall. It has a stable block with attached cottage (see PRN 65526), and a kitchen garden with an orangery (see PRN 65561). Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of U plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within a Church and/or Manor farm group. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {5}
