Full Description
PRN 62203
Geophysical survey identified linear anomalies that trial trenching revealed to be ridge and furrow. Trial trenching also revealed a series of gullies, pits and postholes suggesting extensive agricultural use of the land at this time. Only fifteen pottery sherds were recovered from this site; this lack of occupational evidence suggests that this area was primarily agricultural in nature. {1}{2}
