School House, located on the west side of High Street, is an early nineteenth century house. It has two storeys, and is constructed of coursed rubble with a machine tile ridge roof. There is a datestone of 1761 above the porch, and this end of the building appears to be an enlargement and reconstruction of an earlier building to which the datestone presumably refers. {3}
