Full Description

61846 Old Water Mill Farm was located adjacent to water course, south of Dunston Fen Lane, but it no longer exists. Watermills are mentioned in the Domesday Book (see 61829). {1}{2} Site of (Old Water Mill Farm), Dunston. Demolished 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. Prominent smaller secondary yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. Isolated location. {3}
