Full Description

No.14 Sleaford Road is known as Stonefield House, and was built in the early nineteenth century. It is constructed of alternating courses of rubble and blue brick and a slate ridge roof. The gates, gatepiers and railings are included in the listing. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1}{2} A Victorian folly house of yellow brick with black stone quoins and strip decoration, like a zebra. An array of steep pointed and shaped gables and castellations. The garden piers are a conglomerate of rough stone upon which squat monkeys. {3}
