61569 210 Newark Road was listed as a former lodge to Bracebridge Hall (which is now an old peoples home), and is now a house. It was built in c.1883, and is red brick with blue brick dressings, sham timber framing with nogging in coloured tile. It has two storeys and two bays, and is T-shaped in plan.
