Full Description

61512 A probable medieval cropmark boundary has been noted on aerial photographs. It runs north-south, south of Lincoln Road, towards Canwick Manor Farm. {1} 153 trial trenches were excavated on the proposed route of the Lincoln Eastern Bypass. A trench was located here to explore a feature showing up on the geophysics and a ditch was uncovered. No dating evidence was uncovered from the ditch. {2} {3}
