Twelve worked flints were recovered during fieldwalking by the Washingborough Archaeology Group from Field 40, which is north of Wellsykes Lane. The distribution of the worked flint is not clear, although the unworked flint shows a slight increase towards the west of the field, consequently this is reflected in the grid reference given. {1}
