A flint scatter was identified in the field (Field 14) north of Canwick Road, east of Church Hill and west of Pitts Road by the Washingborough Archaeology Group while fieldwalking on the 9th and 16th of May 1993. 15 flints were recovered, which comprised 3 arrowheads, 3 scrapers, and 9 other pieces showing signs of secondary working. {1}
