Full Description

61362 Field 6 east of Cliff Lane has been fieldwalked by the Washingborough Archaeology Group on two occasions. The first was carried out on 7th February 1993, when transects walked were 5 metres apart. The second was 19th November 1995, when the transects were 10 metres apart. On the first walk 15 worked flints were recovered, plus six flakes. On the second occasion five worked flints were recovered, which included two thumb nail (button) scrapers and a blade. {1}
