Full Description

An undated earthwork ridge running north-south on the eastern side of the field containing the saucer barrow was noted during an archaeological assessment of a water pipeline route. Undated, unidentified animal bones were recovered from mole holes on the ridge (as well as RB pottery - 35238). {1}
